1. Prof. Lara has consulted for several organizations on issues related to Brazilian cities, real estate investments and public works. A frequent public speaker, Fernando Lara had lectured in dozens of universities in 12 countries in addition to public and private institutions all over the Americas. He also serevs at the board of many journals that publish the best current scholarship in those areas. His latest areas of interest can be devised from recent lectures and OpEd pieces published.
